TCS GROWTH CONTINUES WITH INCREASED DEMAND FOR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Tuesday, July 6th, 2010

(Cookeville, TN, July, 6 2010) TCS has expanded operations once again with new positions and hires in their continued commitment to top-notch service as a leading provider of technology to the Tire and Automotive Services Industry.  TCS’ scope of services and brand penetration has increased steadily in the past 12 months and new positions within the company have been filled to continue forging ahead with its growth.

The West Coast presence of TCS got a significant boost with the addition of Bill Williamson as Head of Regional Sales.  Bill joins TCS with 20+ years tire-industry experience; having risen from a junior technician to the owner of an independently operated tire store during his career.

“TCS is delighted with the addition of Mr. Williamson,” stated Barry Reese, President of TCS.  “Being a veteran tire guy himself, Bill has quickly made traction with both TCS customers and future customers. With having “been there” himself, Bill has already proven he can understand and meet the needs of dealers in need of a technology upgrade.”

In order to maintain a high level and friendly support staff with the increased load of business, TCS welcomes Mickie Gardenhire and Chris Puckett aboard in Tennessee as their newest Customer Support Representatives.  Mickie brings with her 11 years professional software support service experience and Chris spent 6 years in a family tire business and in addition has extensive experience in sales, support and management.

Technology Production has been kicked up another notch with the addition of two Programmers, Stirling Waite and Adam Haymond.  Stirling is a technology enthusiast that previously worked as an IT technician for Unisys while finishing up a Computer Information Systems degree.  Adam recently graduated from Utah Valley University with a BS in Digital Media, and previously served 4 years with the Coast Guard.  TCS now has 10 full time, in house programmers working on its technologies and through this has been able to grow and customize its technologies with speed and feature sets not seen before within the tire and automotive industry.

TCS is also pleased to announce the promotions of the following employees to reward their successes and utilize their augmented skills:

Jesse Schmeling has risen to the position of Director of Customer Relations in accordance with the importance both he and TCS put on every customer finding value in their technology partner.  Jesse’s skills have allowed him to rise through the ranks quickly in just 3 years at TCS, starting in a support capacity before moving on to sales and becoming a director in sales before moving into his new position.

After a stint in support and time in Marketing & Customer Development, Jessica Usrey has been promoted to Director of Marketing in accordance with her talents in the field.  Ms. Usrey previously worked in the capacity of Website Marketing Director for 5 years for Master Replicas, Inc.

“Growth at TCS has been accelerating and while very exciting for us, it shows our commitment to our customers,” reported Kenny Pratt, Vice President of Technology.” I am delighted with the expanded options and solutions we can provide to our current and future customers and the response from the industry has been incredible.”
